This is my very first blog post! Woohoo!  I have been thinking about starting a blog for a little while now and I finally decided to just do it! This blog will be a great place where I can post about my everyday life with a focus on my journey to live a life full of health and fitness. I strive to live a healthy lifestyle and even though I am far from being the ‘poster child’ for health and fitness, I do feel like I am taking steps to becoming healthier. Through this blog I can document and share recipes, workouts, and life stories…. All with YOU!  It’s almost like a fun digital diary.

I just want to add that I am in no way a chef or fitness expert. I simply have an interest in improving my health through eating and exercise and would love to share my journey with all of you!
